CRM Marketing Specialist

​As a CRM Marketing Specialist at Tripadvisor, I serve as the product manager for new global email campaigns sent to a member base of over 110 million users, in 31 different languages. In my role I manage every aspect of email production, from conceptualization to setting up the final send in our email platform. I pitch new concepts to various teams, ensure creative alignment, and coordinate with engineers and translation specialists, verifying the quality of each communication before it is sent. I am responsible for reporting the performance of those email campaigns to senior leadership and providing new strategies to optimize campaigns and improve results. In 2019, my CRM team was able to beat our stretch goal by 3.3%, one of the only two teams in the company to surpass our goal, generating a revenue stream of $14 million. In addition to management, I also collaborate with the engineering team, when needed, to build and test various email templates in HTML code.

As a Marketing Associate at World Congress, I researched, developed, and implemented marketing strategies for over 10 healthcare conferences targeting multiple audiences, engaging potential attendees, sponsors, and media partners. I analyzed data from previous and current conference marketing campaigns to determine best practices and achieve set revenue and attendance goals. I collaborated with production, sales, design, and sponsorship teams to strategically distribute marketing content that drove client recruitment efforts and to ensure our brand strategy remained consistent across all venues.

During my senior year, I also produced, filmed, and edited a feature length documentary titled "24 Hours at Andros Diner" profiling the popular Fairfield townie diner, the family who runs it, and the regular patrons who visit throughout a typical day.

Promotions Producer

In my role as a Promotions Producer for Western Mass News, I was responsible for the production of all daily news topicals for the station’s morning, evening, and night newscasts. This involved writing, editing, and studio production of both live and prerecorded promotion efforts for the station. During my time in this role, I also helped develop the station’s marketing strategy, collaborating in the conceptualization of strategic branding ideas to enable the station to attract new viewers. I initiated and managed social media platforms Snapchat and Instagram, which now have a following of over 13k users.
